Una Linea Non Retta

“A line not straight.” A work of curved, tangled lines and intuitive mark-making coming together to form mountain ranges, figures, flowers… whatever flows naturally. This series of pieces started with my 100-day project, something different from my usual, and has become quite dear to me.

Each piece is drawn on fine paper, usually handmade 100% cotton rag paper from India or Nideggen bookmaking paper. Each listing has specific details. The lines are done in black ink, with gold ink embellishments added. Some pieces have botanical prints made from clippings collected from my garden. Signature is in pencil along the lower right corner of the ink drawing.
