"Changing of the Guard" is the reproduction of an original blockprint triptych featuring a continuous landscape across the three panels. The landscape is an imaginary one inspired by childhood trips across northern Europe, with a sleepy seaside village and a fishing boat out on the water in the wee hours of the morning. The whole scene depicts those magical moments when the moon is leaving its guard post and transitioning with the sun, my favorite time of day.

This giclée reproduction was made from scans of the original design, which sold out and will never again be printed from the blocks.

Image size on each panel is 12”x18”, with a white border all around. This allows you to decide if you want to mat or frame the image right up to the black of the ink or leave a small border all around. At this time, this is the only size available.

These have been printed on 100% cotton ultrasmooth fine art paper using a professional grade printer with UltraChrome inks. Archival quality with a rich, velvety black image.
